At Tudi Consult, we offer one-on-one conflict coaching to help you understand and resolve specific conflicts. If a conflict escalates and becomes destructive, we can step in as an impartial conflict mediator, providing an external perspective to restore dialogue and identify constructive solutions. We also provide workshops and training for teams and team leaders who want to strengthen their ability to prevent and manage workplace conflicts. Additionally, we help managers foster a positive work environment by focusing on well-being and job satisfaction.

Conflict Mediation

When parties in a conflict seek an impartial mediator to facilitate dialogue about their disagreement and explore potential solutions together.

Conflict mediation with a professional mediator (Master in Conflict Mediation, University of Copenhagen) ensures a confidential, impartial, and well-structured dialogue between parties in a dispute.

Engaging an impartial mediator can be beneficial in workplace conflicts, for example, when a manager or HR representative has attempted mediation but the parties remain entrenched in their perspectives of the situation and each other.

A mediator may also be brought in by managers who recognize that they are not perceived as impartial by the parties involved and therefore believe that an impartial mediator is more likely to encourage open dialogue.

The mediation process follows the ethical guidelines of Nordic Mediators. See the guidelines here.

Conflict Coaching

When you want to understand and find solutions to a specific conflict, learn from a past conflict, and prevent future conflicts.

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one professional, coaching-based dialoque with a specific focus on conflict dynamics and learning.

Conflict coaching can be particularly useful when you find yourself in the middle of a conflict and feel stuck. These conversations help you analyze the situation and explore new possible ways to move forward.

Conflict coaching sessions are also used by individuals who want to gain insights from past conflicts - especially if similar situations may arise again and they wish to handle them differently next time.

Workplace Well-being and Conflict Management

When you need insights, models, and tools to effectively manage well-being and conflicts in your daily leadership.

Through a training program, you will gain a deeper understanding of how to analyze and cultivate well-being, collaboration, and conflicts within your organization. We also introduce practical tools that make this aspect of leadership more structured and manageable. The program is especially designed for your organisation and situation.

Another way to develop leadership skills and awareness is through personal leadership coaching.

Coaching is about fostering growth and progress. It can help leaders gain new insights, navigate challenges, or work toward specific goals and solutions - depending on their individual needs and circumstances.

New leaders need to discover their own leadership style and clarify the values they want to lead by. More experienced leaders may seek to reconnect with what truly matters in their leadership while also exploring new approaches to effective leadership.
