

Tudi Consult supports leaders in cultivation well-being and managing conflicts within organizations.
When I founded Tudi Consult in 2013, my ambition and vision were to help create high level thriving workplace environment - benefiting both individuals and organizations through higher productivity, lower absenteeism, improved customer satisfaction, and a stronger ability to attract talent.
Today, it is essential to take an even broader perspective and explore how well-being and conflict management in our organizations align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Inner Development Goals (IDGs).
We must build a sustainable world through sustainable leadership mindset. By creating socially sustainable workplaces, we also lay the foundation for the green transition, which the world urgently needs.
At Tudi Consult, I have placed a special focus and support on the SDGs related to Quality Education; Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions; and Climate Action. I fully acknowledge that I have yet to discover all the ways to contribute. It takes time to step back and see the bigger picture, but nothing changes until someone chooses to act.

Since 2014, I have trained more than 800 leaders in conflict management and coaching tools for professional conversations as part of the leadership academy program offered by Lederne Kompetencecenter. The course end with an exam and grant ECTS credits, which contribute to further academic or professional qualifications in Europe
I also offer the Conflict Dynamics program, which provides personal conflict coaching as part of Mit Lederskab. This program focuses on working with a current or past conflict to help you, as a leader, analyze the situation and explore possible actions. At the same time, we examine how your personal values and focus influence your observations and decision-making in conflict situations.
In collaboration with the Competence Center, I also design tailor-made programs on well-being leadership and conflict management, as well as provide coaching for leaders looking to develop their skills or navigate particularly challenging periods in their organization.
In collaboration with Garuda, I certify leaders and HR professionals in the use of the Garuda Focus Profile personality assessment tool. These courses run throughout the year and are offered by Lederne Kompetencecenter.
In my work with well-being leadership and conflict management across various organizations, I can incorporate the Garuda Competence Profile or Garuda Focus Profile as a foundation for conversations about differences in our strengths, communication styles, and natural focus areas in the workplace.
I serve as a board member of Nordic Mediators, with a particular focus on developing our 2030 strategy and activities related to peacebuilding.
Nordic Mediators is an association for mediators and conflict resolution professionals who qualify through a Master’s degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution (MMCR) from the University of Copenhagen. Its members primarily come from the Nordic countries and have diverse professional backgrounds and areas of expertise, in which they practice conflict mediation.
As a conflict mediator, I adhere to the ethical guidelines set for members of the association.
